Terms and Conditions

THE PRICE

The Seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time by publishing them online. Only the rates in effect at the time of the order will apply, subject to product availability on that date. Prices are indicated in euros (excluding taxes and all taxes included) and do not include delivery charges, which are billed separately. The delivery charges, mentioned in Article 3, are indicated before the order is validated by the Customer. Prices take into account the applicable taxes on the day of the order, and any change in the rate of these taxes will be automatically reflected in the price of the products in the online store. The total amount of the order (including all taxes) and delivery charges is indicated before final validation of the order form. Payment of the full price must be made at the time of the order.

ONLINE SELLING

Through the website, the Seller presents to the Customer the various Products offered for sale, along with their detailed descriptions, providing the Customer with the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the essential characteristics of each Product that they can purchase via the website, in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code.

In this regard, the Seller also makes their best efforts to ensure that the Products described on the dedicated page are presented with the greatest possible accuracy and are faithful to the original Products, both in visuals and texts. However, in case of errors or omissions in the presentation, the Seller's liability cannot be incurred as a result. Given the artisanal nature of the manufacturing processes, each Product is unique, and slight variations in dimensions, weight, and color may exist between the written and visual information and the delivered product. Photographs, texts, graphics, and information reproduced and illustrating the Products do not form part of the contractual scope.

The Seller also draws the Customer's attention, during the description of each Product, to the following points: storage instructions for the Products, minimum durability date, and potentially present allergens.

The Products offered for sale are those appearing on the site at the time of their consultation by the Customer and within the limit of available stocks.

At any time, the Seller reserves the right to modify or no longer market all or part of the Products, without this affecting the orders that the Seller would have accepted before the effective date of these modifications.

The Customer may choose:

Between several flavors and several types of packaging;

If the selected Product allows, to customize their biscuits by providing the Seller with a text to be inscribed during their manufacture;

If the selected Product allows, to customize the packaging by providing the Seller with the file allowing for custom fabrication. For this Product, a proof (BAT) will not be systematically offered to the Customer if the production deadlines do not allow it. It is up to the Customer to accept or decline the Seller's proposal.

For customizable products, the Seller will faithfully transcribe the messages desired by the Customer as they are on the biscuits and will not make any corrections, even spelling. It is the Customer's responsibility to verify the requested text at the time of placing the order. The prices and taxes related to the sale of products are specified in the online store.

Order

The Customer has the option to purchase products on the website by following the online ordering process, through an electronic form. By filling out the electronic form, the Customer accepts the price and description of the products.

To place an order, the Customer will click on the icon next to the Products. Each new addition to their cart will be indicated by the appearance of a specific screen.

Before finalizing the order, the Customer can:

Review the summary of the selected Products or modify the order by clicking on the "Cart" icon;

Continue their product selection by clicking on "Continue Shopping";

Complete their product selection and proceed to order by clicking on "Checkout".

To order the selected Products, the Customer will click on the "Cart" icon. A summary of their order will then appear on the screen. If the list presented matches the Products they have chosen, the Customer will validate the summary by clicking "Order".

After reviewing the status of their order, the Customer will be prompted to:

In the absence of order validation and payment by the Customer, the Seller cannot guarantee the availability of the products, especially non-customized products.

The Customer must accept these General Terms and Conditions (GTC) by clicking in the designated area for their order to be validated. The Customer will then be considered as having accepted these GTC and that their order implies an obligation of payment.

The Customer will then be redirected to a secure webpage where they will be asked to proceed with the payment of their order in accordance with the conditions and terms of Article 4 below of these GTC.

The data recorded by the Seller constitutes evidence of all transactions between the Seller and the Customer. In the event of a dispute between the Parties regarding a transaction carried out on the site, the data recorded by the Seller is considered irrefutable proof of the content of the transaction. The archiving of order forms and invoices is carried out on a reliable and durable medium that can be produced as evidence. The Customer is responsible for retaining invoices or any other document related to their order.

The Customer must provide their valid email address and a valid delivery address, and acknowledges, through these GTC, that any communication with the Seller may occur using either of these addresses, with the Seller giving priority to the email address.

The Seller reserves the right to block the Customer's order in case of non-payment, incorrect address, or any other issue, until the problem is resolved.

Choose the delivery method and accept any associated delivery charges; and Proceed with the full payment of the order.

Confirmation and Payment of the Order

In the case of an order with an obligation for payment, this means that placing the order requires payment from the Customer.

Payment

All orders are payable in advance in AED and according to the payment methods offered by the Seller, as indicated on the website. Currently, the Seller provides the secure payment solution through credit card via the Payplug service provider.

The Customer guarantees the Seller that they have the necessary authorizations to use one of the payment methods offered by the Seller, especially by credit card, and acknowledges that the information provided for this purpose serves as proof of their consent to the sale and the amount due for their order.

In the event of a refusal of payment by credit card from accredited organizations or in case of non-payment, the Seller reserves the right to suspend or cancel the order and its delivery.

Any payment will be processed through a secure data encryption procedure so that no information transmitted by the Customer is intercepted by third parties. The Seller uses a payment service provider and therefore never has access to the confidential information regarding the Customer's payment method.

It is the Customer's responsibility to save and print their payment certificate if they wish to keep the banking details related to their transaction.

The products remain the property of the Seller until full payment of the price.

Confirmation

Once the payment is validated, the Seller will send the Customer a confirmation of their order by email, along with an invoice upon the customer's request.

The Customer may request the invoice to be sent to an address other than the delivery address by making a request to the Customer Service (see contact details below) before the delivery.

In the event of unavailability of one or more products after the order has been placed, the Customer will be notified as soon as possible by email from the Seller..

In the event of unavailability of products before or after the order, the Seller cannot be held responsible for any damage suffered by the Customer, nor be liable for any damages.

However, subject to acceptance by the Seller, an unprocessed order may be modified or canceled. An unprocessed order is an order for which: Customizable biscuits have not been produced.

No refund will be made, but a credit of the order amount will be issued to the Customer. The credit can be used on the site by the Customer within 12 months following the cancellation of the order initiated by the Customer.

Return and Refund Policy

Due to tedious, customized handcrafted nature of our products, we are unable to provide refunds or exchange.

We accept exchanges for orders, except in cases where the biscuits have been damaged during delivery. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos as proof.

To ensure your order arrives in perfect condition for your event, we recommend choosing a delivery date at least 48 hours before your event date. This allows time for adjustments if needed.

Allergy Information

Our biscuits contain gluten, eggs, dairy. While we take precautions to avoid cross- contamination, we cannot guarantee that our products are free from traces of allergens.

Customers with food allergies should consider this before placing an order. If you have any specific concerns, please contact us before purchasing.

Ingredients:
Plain : Flour, egg, butter, suggar.
Lemon: Plain ingerdients + Natural Lemon zest.
Rasberry: Plain ingredients + Rasberry naturel powder
Rainbow: Plain ingredients + Sprinkles.

Customization Policy

Our production process requires some conditions for each type and shape:
Small biscuits: Up to 12 characters per line, including spaces, with a maximum of 3 lines.
Post cards: Up to 17 characters per line, including spaces, with a maximum of 4 lines
Cookie pop : Up to 7 characters per line, including spaces, with a maximum of 3 lines ( pour)

We do our best to accommodate custom design requests; however, we cannot guarantee that all specific designs can be produced. If a requested design is not feasible, we will inform you as soon as possible.

We also reserve the right to refuse any message that contains offensive, inappropriate, racist, or insulting content. Our goal is to create a positive and thoughtful gifting experience.
